There are a bunch of recipes out there, but this is the one I use.  I posted it earlier, but it has a couple additional shots.   I use olive oil for the blackening; I used too much below, but it still tasted awesome.  All photos taken from my camera phone. I find the seasoning to be just about right, but if you want to kick it up a notch add more Red Pepper.
 
Serve with beer and rice pilaf.

Baste in Olive Oil and Season
 
Just as the pan really heats up I add the filets
 
Blacken it up.
