If you like the red & white mirrorlure for this tournament you can have 5 of those in your tackle box for the day. Those fishing with you can choose other lures for their day, maybe a Paul Brown item. They fish with that all day, exchanges may not be made. Of course this is all on the honor system.
Don't miss the weigh-in. Pigsilly will have B-B-Q for this event. They are one of the new sponsors and want to show off their product!
This should be a great tourney! It's the 5th Dec. tournament for SSA and great prizes are there to win. Each prize is valued at over $400. 1 angler could win all the loot! Call your fishing buddy and let's make this horse trailer for the rescue team a reality!

Pig Silly B-B-Q will have pork sandwiches for those attending the weigh-in. Have your beverage ready, Henry is donating this for the cause!      snook crazy

Another angler asked me about using plastic lures - paddletails, jerkbaits...if you rig a 1/4 oz non-weedless white jig head on a 3" rootbeer paddletail, that's what you fish all day.

You can have 5 jig heads and 5 rootbeer paddletails, but the combo is rigged the same way all day.  No adding split shots, removing jig heads and fishing a nonweighted hook, no adding a weedless hook, no changing colors...

In essence whatever hits the water first that day it's what you use all day.  Just have 5 of them.

I am in + 2. Anyone that knows me knows I am a 100% live bait guy. I have never throw lures before and am exicted to give it a shot.
